Transformational Mentoring with Lissa is designed to be responsive for your specific needs. Since the work of engaging with embodied shadow, fear, and resistance – in order to feel inner shifts of lasting peace – is best done in layers with time to integrate, clients enjoy the spaciousness of 3-month commitments as our private container of sacred depths conversation.

Breakthrough Intensive
Breakthrough Intensive is a Deep Dive into your current situation, from the perspective of your own self. Whatever problems you face may not be in your control, but Who you are and How you show up is the basis of your empowered peaceful core of Being.
During our first 2 hours together, we establish a safe and secure container for our work by setting intentions and calling in guidance. With this support in place, you’ll be able to open into the inner spaces you need to visit.
You’ll find it’s safe to speak what you need, on your way to feel breathing room for realizing all manner of insights. My Presence offers deep listening, compassionate reflections, and intentional questions. The curious and non-judgmental zone of our conversation allows great freedom for the shadowed pieces of your Self to come forward and share their motives, so that new understandings can be negotiated.
We follow-up with an additional hour for deeper integration and to investigate any lingering questions you may have. Consideration for continuing with Transformational Mentoring can also be discussed.

Stuff happens in life. And then we move on. Many times, remnants of these experiences stay lodged in our body as fears or protections that stop us from moving forward as we’d like. These can become triggers causing us to react in ways we don’t like; we think it’s just how we are.
Let’s release these survival codes hiding in your somatic body,
and free them into potential energy for creating fresh visions and goals.
- Explore the thoughts and feelings that come with one block or trigger of your choice.
- Find where it lives in your body and discover what it has to say.
